Automation testers use test automation frameworks and write test automation scripts. They may also configure Selenium Test Environments (STE) and customize Selenium for various integrations.

Problem solving

Automation testers work with QA analysts and software developers to find solutions to problems. They may also interact with customers to solve their problems.

Reporting

Automation testers report on the results of testing to clients and colleagues.
