Role Overview:
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be — welcoming new members, managing leads, driving memberships, and ensuring every visitor has an unforgettable first impression. If you’re energetic, customer-focused, and love talking about fitness, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage walk-in customers and prospective members.
• Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
• Convert leads into memberships by showcasing studio benefits and class experiences.
• Maintain daily sales reports, follow-up trackers, and CRM entries.
• Support marketing campaigns, open houses, and member referral programs.
• Provide a high level of customer service and handle any client issues professionally.
• Work closely with trainers and studio management to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, front desk, or customer service roles (preferably in fitness, retail, or hospitality).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, outgoing, and target-driven personality.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business).
• Passionate about health, wellness, and fitness culture.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
