US IT Technical Recruiter

Experience Required: 2–5 Years in US IT Recruitment
Employment Type: Full-Time | Night Shift (US Time Zone)
Work Mode: Onsite / Hybrid (based on company policy)

 

Job Summary:

We are looking for a US IT Technical Recruiter with proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of technical requirements, US tax terms, and visa classifications, and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit IT professionals in the US market through various channels (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, internal databases, etc.).
  • Screen resumes, evaluate technical skills, and conduct initial interviews.
  • Work on C2C, W2, and 1099 requirements with various visa holders (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, H4-EAD, L2-EAD).
  • Submit qualified candidates to clients and follow up throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate interviews, negotiate salaries/rates, and close offers.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and build relationships with consultants.
  • Utilize ATS and CRM tools to track submissions and interviews.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in US IT technical recruiting.
  • Strong knowledge of US tax terms, visas, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team.
