With over 25 years of experience, 1400+ hours of facilitation, and impact across global organizations, Sheeja is a leadership transformation specialist. Her work blends ontological coaching, somatic practices, and strategic interventions to create lasting shifts in mindset and performance.
Recognized as one of India’s Top 50 Under 50 Empowered Leaders, Sheeja is also the founder of the youth leadership school TSLYL, and the NGO Project Azaadi.
