Our client is a trusted name in US IT staffing and consulting, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, with over 15 years of excellence in placing top- tier tech talent across the United States. We’re now expanding our operations in Hyderabad and looking for seasoned Bench Sales Recruiters to join our fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively market H1B, H4-EAD, GC-EAD, L2-EAD, GC, and US Citizens to implementation partners, prime vendors, and direct clients.
  • Strong relationships with Tier 1 vendors and proven history of placing consultants quickly.
  • Understand consultants’ skillsets and effectively position them for open job opportunities.
  • Submit consultants to suitable roles and coordinate interviews.
  • Negotiate rates and terms of employment (C2C, W2, 1099) with vendors and clients.
  • Maintain daily/weekly activity reports and submission logs.
  • Regular follow-up with consultants to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with internal recruiters and account managers to ensure maximum bench utilization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of solid experience in US IT Bench Sales.
  • Proven ability to close positions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, etc.
  • Strong network of vendors and implementation partners.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of US tax terms, work authorizations, and visa processes.
  • Must be available to work night shifts (US time zones).
