Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously, and experience handling the complete recruitment lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Skills:
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience
• Manage hiring for both IT and Non-IT positions
• Experience in end-to-end hiring
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Preferred:
• Candidates based in Pune preferred
