We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant General Manager (AGM) to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure an exceptional member experience at our Hyderabad studio. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong leadership qualities and a passion for fitness and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily studio operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
  • Supervise and support trainers, front desk, and administrative staff to maintain high performance and discipline.
  • Handle client interactions professionally — addressing inquiries, feedback, and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience and retention through effective communication and service quality.
  • Drive membership sales, renewals, and promotional activities to achieve business targets.
  • Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and assist management in strategic planning.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational standards of the studio.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, events, and partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in operations, hospitality, or fitness industry leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills in English – both verbal and written.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management abilities.
  • Customer-focused, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for fitness, health, and lifestyle management.
