About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager – Finance to join our Finance Department. The ideal candidate will have strong practical exposure to all core financial operations within a manufacturing setup and hands-on experience with SAP (preferably SAP S/4HANA). The role demands a proactive professional capable of managing end-to-end finance functions with accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations within the organization.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation activities.
Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with statutory requirements.
Monitor and control expenses, cash flow, and working capital management.
Support internal and external audits and ensure timely submission of reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for decision-making.
Work extensively on SAP (preferably SAP S/4HANA) for financial transactions and reporting.
Drive process improvements and maintain adherence to corporate financial policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: B.Com / M.Com (MBA Finance preferred).
Experience: Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in the Finance Department within a Manufacturing Industry.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SAP (S/4HANA preferred).
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial principles.
Hands-on experience with MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
Preferred Profile:
Candidates with experience in Indranil’s previous organizations will be an added advantage.
Should have end-to-end exposure to finance operations and statutory compliance.
Ability to join within 30 days or less is mandatory.
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and leadership qualities.
