What You Will Do
1. Proposal & Capability Development
• Draft, structure, and refine consulting proposals, pitch presentations, and capability documents — from a brief, from a conversation, always to a high standard
• Coordinate inputs from across practice areas and format outputs to defined quality expectations
• Maintain a living library of proposals, case studies, credentials, and reusable content modules that reflect the firm’s depth and range
• Support preparation of thought leadership content, conference materials, and workshop collateral
2. Research & Knowledge Development
• Conduct structured desk research on industries, sectors, client organisations, and business challenges — producing outputs that are clean, credible, and decision-ready
• Prepare briefing documents, sector snapshots, competitive intelligence notes, and leadership pre-reads for client engagements
• Track developments in operational excellence, supply chain, and management consulting
• Maintain and grow the internal knowledge repository — frameworks, case references, sector insights, and content assets
3. Digital Transformation & IT Operations Support
• Work with the Sr. Partner on internal digital transformation agenda — tools evaluation, process digitalization, and platform governance
• Manage and maintain SharePoint environment, CRM, and digital collaboration platforms; drive team adoption and data hygiene
• Coordinate with IT vendors on system requirements, issue resolution, and upgrades — acting as the internal point of accountability
• Support IT security practices — access management, protocol compliance, and proactive flagging of vulnerabilities
• Evaluate and champion new digital tools that improve firm-wide productivity and operations
4. Client Engagement & Practice Support
• Maintain CRM with rigour — tracking outreach, proposals, follow-ups, and client interactions with accuracy and consistency
• Coordinate client communications, meeting logistics, and post-meeting follow-through on behalf of the Sr. Partner
• Support the organisation of client events, workshops, seminars, and learning programmes
• Track the practice pipeline and proactively surface priorities, deadlines, and key actions
5. Strategic Coordination — Sr. Partner’s Office
• Support the Sr. Partner’s office in ensuring high-priority work moves forward without friction — preparing meeting agendas, pre-reads, and follow-up notes, and tracking decisions to closure
• Assist with coordination requirements — communications, scheduling, logistics — handled with professionalism and sound judgment
• Handle confidential information with absolute integrity. This is a condition of the role
6. Internal Operations & Team Coordination
• Coordinate with internal teams to track project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones
• Support internal reviews, leadership meetings, and firm-level events
• Assist with vendor coordination, invoice tracking, and administrative compliance
7. Ad Hoc & Special Assignments
• Take on tasks and initiatives as directed by the Sr. Partner — some planned, others arising without notice
• Ability to adapt, respond, and deliver without losing standards is a permanent requirement of this role
Skills & Competencies
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office — PowerPoint, Word, Excel
• Working knowledge of SharePoint, CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, or equivalent), and digital tools
• Ability to quickly learn new platforms and systems
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• High degree of discretion, professional maturity, and sound judgment
• Willingness to be available beyond standard office hours when required
• Ownership of a two-wheeler is practical for local coordination needs
