Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager/Coordinator to work onsite at a client office in Florida. This role will serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the delivery team, ensuring strong alignment across project execution.This position requires strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills in a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities
-Client Engagement & Onsite Ownership

  • Work onsite at the client’s office and act as a trusted representative of the delivery organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders through consistent communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure delivery alignment with project goals and client expectations.
  • Understand the overall functioning of client operations and ensure delivery alignment with business goals and expectations
  • Develop a strong understanding of the clients business domain, workflows, and strategic objectives.
  • Gain hands-on knowledge of client applications, systems, and operational processes.
  • Understand and analyze the clients day-to-day business challenges, pain points, and operational bottlenecks.

-Stakeholder Mapping & Hierarchy

  • Understand stakeholder roles and responsibilities, including who does what across the client organization.
  • Identify and document stakeholder hierarchy, influence,
  • decision-makers, and approval authority.

-Project Coordination & Delivery Support

  • Support planning, execution, and tracking of project milestones and deliverables.
  • Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, and provide timely updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure project delivery remains aligned with client expectations, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate between internal delivery teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Participate in solution discussions and ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills

  • Proven expertise in project coordination and stakeholder management.

  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with business and technical teams.

-Preferred Skills / Nice to Have

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (Jira and Confluence preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Ability to identify process improvements and recommend solutions proactively.

Prior experience supporting enterprise clients in a fast-paced delivery environment is a plus.
