Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and highly experienced Sales Leader to spearhead growth in the US market for our innovative software products and outsourced product development services. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep domain expertise in BFSI, FinTech, and Pharma, and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives across banks, insurance companies, and healthcare organizations.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in positioning our solutions to solve complex business challenges, improve operational efficiency, and deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Market Development & Expansion
Drive sales growth for software products and services across the US market.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base in BFSI, FinTech, and Pharma verticals.
Develop go-to-market strategies tailored to US clients.
Travel across the country as needed to engage clients, attend meetings, and represent the company at events.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior stakeholders in banks, insurance companies, and pharmaceutical firms.
Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client pain points and positioning solutions that deliver value.
Leverage existing networks to open doors and accelerate deal cycles.
Solution Selling
Promote and sell specialized products:
Pharma Product: Advanced solution for scanning, printing, and labelling pharmaceutical packages.
FinTech Product: Software testing solution ensuring up to 99% coverage for third-party product deployments.
Consult with clients to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
Present compelling business cases to decision-makers, demonstrating ROI and strategic benefits.
Revenue & Performance Management
Own and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
Manage pipeline development, forecasting, and reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
Strategic Leadership
Provide insights into market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
Contribute to product positioning and roadmap discussions based on client feedback.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Demonstrate the ability to lead and build a high-performing sales team in the future as the business scales.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 10–15 years in enterprise software sales, with a strong focus on BFSI and Pharma.
Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of FinTech and Pharma verticals, including regulatory and operational challenges.
Network: Established contacts with senior executives in banks, financial institutions, and pharmaceutical companies.
Track Record: Proven success in driving sales growth, closing large deals, and exceeding revenue targets.
Consultative Approach: Ability to identify client pain points and position solutions effectively.
Market Knowledge: Familiarity with companies seeking innovative software solutions in BFSI and Pharma.
Flexibility: Open to working across US regions (East or West Coast) and traveling as required.
Leadership Potential: Strong capability to mentor, guide, and eventually lead a sales team.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to influence C-level executives.
