Build systems that track user behavior and run large-scale A/B / multivariate experiments to improve landing page conversion for high-volume traffic.

Responsibilities
• Implement event tracking and behavioral analytics (clicks, scroll, session replay)
• Build and maintain experimentation pipelines (A/B tests, variant routing)
• Integrate tools like PostHog or GrowthBook
• Create dashboards and data pipelines for experiment results
• Work with marketing teams to deploy landing page variants quickly

Required Skills
• Strong JavaScript / TypeScript and modern web frameworks
• Experience with analytics instrumentation and event tracking
• Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
• SQL + basic data analysis
• Familiarity with frontend performance and web experimentation

• Experience with high-traffic websites
• Experimentation platforms or growth engineering
