Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing → screening → interviews → offer →onboarding
• Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and referrals
• Evaluate technical and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain ATS / candidate tracking sheets
• Build pipelines for future hiring
• Negotiate salary, offers, and joining dates
• Maintain strong candidate relationships
• Stay updated on market and tech hiring trends

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field
• 2–3 years of hands-on IT/Technical recruitment experience
• Understanding of skills: Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Data Engineering, etc.
• Strong sourcing experience across job portals and networks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and relationship management
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field
• 2–3 years of hands-on IT/Technical recruitment
• Understanding of skills: Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Data Engineering, etc.
